I have many years experience in professional caring services and have been associated with the Westminster Pastoral Foundation (WPF) since the mid-80s.

In 1998 I completed a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited course at WPF. This led to an advanced diploma in psychodynamic counselling. I also have a post-graduate diploma in psychodynamic counselling from the Roehampton Institute (University of Surrey (1999).

I hold a Diploma in Supervision from the WPF (2003).

I undertook in-depth personal therapy for many years with a Jungian analyst.

I have considerable experience of working in a variety of counselling agencies as an assessor, counsellor, supervisor and seminar leader. I have also worked in a pastoral/counselling capacity within the prison service.

I am a professional accredited member of good standing with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I adhere to the Ethical and Professional Framework for Good Practice and complaints procedures.

My work is regularly supervised. I carry professional indemnity insurance.
