General Information
The cost of counselling and therapy generally ranges between £30 and £60. Some counsellors and therapists offer some low cost places for those on low incomes. If you are unable to find a counsellor with low cost space try your GP who might offer a small number of free sessions with a counsellor at the surgery.
Fees
My current fee is £40 per session (including an initial assessment). From time to time I have a limited number of spaces in which I can negotiate a fee for people on lower incomes.
Each counselling sessions lasts 50 minutes.
